Form Builder & Hosted Pages
Configure your signup form and share your hosted subscribe page.
The form builder lets you create a signup form that works as a hosted page or an embeddable widget for your website. Once configured, your form is ready to collect subscribers immediately — no coding required.
Getting to the Form Builder
- Click the Users icon (Subscribers) in the sidebar.
- Select the subscriber list you want to configure.
- Click the Form Builder tab.
Your hosted signup page
Every subscriber list comes with a hosted signup page at a unique URL. The page is live immediately — there is nothing to install or enable.
Your hosted page URL follows this pattern:
You can copy the URL directly from the Form Builder tab. Share it in your email signature, on social media, or anywhere else you want to direct people to sign up.

Customizing your form
The Form Builder lets you adjust four settings:
Button text The label on the subscribe button. The default is "Subscribe". You might change this to "Sign me up" or "Join my list" to match your voice.
Success message The message subscribers see after submitting the form. The default is "Thanks for subscribing! Check your email to confirm." Customize this to set expectations about what they will receive.
Show name fields Toggle this on to add first name and last name fields to your form. Name fields are off by default. Turning them on lets you personalize newsletters with each subscriber's name.
Show subscriber count Toggle this on to display your current subscriber count on the hosted signup page. Some people use this as social proof ("Join 1,200 subscribers").
Changes to these settings are reflected immediately on your hosted page and in any new embed code you generate.
Double opt-in confirmation
All signups through your form go through double opt-in. When someone submits the form, they receive a confirmation email with a link to verify their address. They become a confirmed subscriber only after clicking that link. See Adding Subscribers for a full explanation of the confirmation flow and subscriber statuses.
Security and compliance
Your signup forms include built-in bot protection and are designed to meet CAN-SPAM requirements. You do not need to configure anything extra to collect subscribers compliantly.
Troubleshooting
Form showing old settings? Form settings save automatically when you change them. If the hosted page still shows old content, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or open the page in a private/incognito window to bypass the browser cache.
Subscribers not appearing in your list? New subscribers must click the confirmation email before they appear as Confirmed. Check the Subscribers list and use the Pending status filter — they will appear there while waiting to confirm.
