Questions
What counts as a subscriber?
Any active, subscribed email address across all your lists. Unsubscribed, bounced, or cleaned addresses don't count.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You won't be able to add new subscribers or links until you upgrade or the next billing period.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade at any time with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you try Distill with no credit card required. Paid plans include full access from day one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after expiry.
